About Our Shipping
GlowLume operates using a dropshipping model, meaning your order is shipped directly from our supplier to your door. We are fully transparent about this — it allows us to offer professional LED technology at a fraction of clinic prices, without unnecessary markups.
This does not affect your rights as a consumer. We take full responsibility for every order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Norway, Sweden, and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us at support@nattely.com and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We do not offer free shipping. The shipping fee shown at checkout is the final shipping cost — no hidden fees are added after purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and forwarded to our supplier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier, customs processing, and factors outside our control.
Why Does Shipping Take This Long?
GlowLume sources its products internationally to keep prices competitive. Your mask is shipped directly from our supplier, which means slightly longer delivery times than domestic shipping — but significantly lower prices than buying through a local clinic or retailer.
We believe the wait is worth it. And so do our customers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your order in real time.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at support@nattely.com.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
If you are unsure whether customs fees apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Delays & Lost Packages
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or capacity issues
- Customs processing in your country
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Events outside our control (weather, strikes, etc.)
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@nattely.com and we will investigate immediately.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Address changes are generally not possible after 5 minutes, as orders are forwarded to our supplier almost immediately. Contact us right away at support@nattely.com if you need to make a change — we will always do our best to help.
Damaged on Arrival
If your GlowLume Pro mask arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
